Cancer awareness

As I sponsor people for cancer purpose charities or doing my own sponsor work for those charities, I realise that only the small things can make a big difference as I found out during my late teen years and early twenty years when I discovered a mysterious lump on my testicles fortunately it was just a tube. However just by looking in the mirror and doing simple checks on our bodies.

This is a rough guide from the cancer research Z card, however the main thing is if you don’t feel or look ill and you’re not sure what you have discovered get it checked out by the doctors. If you already been, seen the doctors and symptoms haven’t gone, change or get worse go back and see the doctor again and remember stubborn if your symptom is stubborn.
