What’s behind you?

When we go walks or trails do you ever check back to see what’s behind you? I reckon majority of people don’t and I was one of them. There are two ways to see the back:
1, quick look to see if anything is interesting.
2 if you’re feeling fit redo the walk or trail but in reserve like the end becomes the start and the start becomes the end, however there is one thing about walking or taking an unknown trail.

Also, take a map and compass so you don’t get lost because I did.
