Yeah I’m suffering a bit from the seasonal cold/flu virus and not giving up, But without realising add a bit of depression can making it worse. After catching the virus I thought “yeah not so bad it will take my mind off depression.” But after one morning when it took a hold I felt absolute bad. Then the wrapy thoughts kicked in which made it even worst. So how do you take on a double team like this? Easy just continue your battle with depression as normal and follow your GPs advice with flu/cold, but a big warning If you taking medication for the cold/flu virus make sure its safety with your depression medication, otherwise it could counter each other and results could be bad.
