2 steps forward 5 steps back

After a good run all of a sudden I have been knocked back and discovered a 4th source feeding the depression demon. I can’t reveal it because of possible consequences. However I can say its pleasing other people who just take you for advantage. I kept doing this helping and pleasing people until the stress took over from it and triggered an episode. How to avoid this is simple ‘look after yourself’ no-one else will do and only you can do it properly. Do our own thing to the best of your abilities and please yourself and reward yourself with a treat and/or positive thinking.
